Site Visit

When you call for services I will walk your job and listen to your desires for improvements. I typically take all the measurements needed, photos and video that I can use in the back office for estimating and we discuss your ideas for work and design. If you want input on design, I assist on design ideas. My goal is to compile enough information between us so I can give you what you're looking for.

Estimating and Contract

Hardscape, turf, pavers, concrete, fences and landscaping estimating as well as roofs, exterior paint and stucco, windows, interior remodeling or ADUs. Whatever your project is, I work on estimating the job and writing you a full proposal and contract that is clear and easy to understand for inclusions and exclusions. Contracts must not be ambiguous so we both know how to manage each others expectations throughout the process of the work from inception through completion.

Design and execution

While it's great that most clients already know what they want, some don't know. As long as we know what the general scope of work is, we can incorporate either interior design or exterior design image options for color and finishes so that the job has a "plan" to follow before the physical work is underway and throughout. This enables you the customer, me as the quarterback, and my GC crews as the installers to stay on track with the plan.

Project Management

Most people think they need a good "Contractor" but what they actually need that they're unaware of is that they need a good Project Manager. As a previous Soccer coach with a couple state championship notches in my belt, we're all only as good as our players, but with proper direction and coaching. My goal is to keep people on task so that you win with transforming your space and the improvements it will make in your life.

Job Completion

In my decades of construction and project management experience I understand the importance of performing work to get to the "Close out" package and "punchlist". The Home Improvement sector is fraught with delays and scheduling chaos; I bring my wealth of experience to this industry in order to bring you a sense of urgency and the understanding of getting the job done.
