MISSION STATEMENT

Your Enhanced Space (Y.E.S.) isn’t about me...it’s about you. It’s about YOUR home, YOUR space and YOUR project. It’s about YOUR money you’re about to spend on your project and the enhancements you’re seeking to undertake, and my process is to listen and guide you to help you attain what you want for your space improvements as opposed to pushing something on you or someone else pushing something on you. Amidst a sea of tricksters and pushy salespeople in the LA market I differentiate from them by listening, guiding, and providing you a step-by-step outline for ME and YOU to control your enhancements.

Skeptic Buyer

As a skeptical buyer you're unsure if you have the budget, if you can endure the process, is the time right or not, is the project worth it or not, who will handle design aspects, and should you trust a contractor with such a thing?

If these keep you from inquiring about your project or committing to your project, Perhaps you should visit my "Consulting page", and that specific service is tailored to write you a report exclusively to provide all those answers so you can comfortably make the right decisions to ease your skepticism as you search for contractors or forgo the project entirely.

Lowest Quote

If you typically are the type that seeks the lowest price, my suggestion is you get five bids and choose the lowest. When your project is complete, if it gets completed, please remember this section on my page, and reach out to me to tell me how it went. Please just don't ask me for a quote as one of the five.

Wants to be sold

You may not even know it but you might be the type that subconsciously Wants To Be sold. You just love the idea of buying and what you want is a seller. Someone who smiles and agrees with you on everything, is your best friend and walks you down the path of signing, and you like it. Don't call me please, I don't wear flashy watches and BS you with shiny promises and salesy catch phrases. We're probably not a good fit.

Shiniest Lure

If you're reading this, that's good, because my page and service isn't the shiniest lure. I don't boast fake things and values. I'm not paying gobs of $ to get ratings and stars that got you here. If the Shiney lure is what you want, there's plenty of other sites with professional stock-image photos of over-the-top boasting that fits your Want to be sold.

Discount Seeker

If your buying habits usually entail asking for discounts and looking for special offers and rebates, you fall into the same category as "Lowest Quote" and "Wants to be sold". You're looking for discounts because you want the lowest price in which case your job won't end well. On the other hand, there's really no discounts, they just tell you there are which means you're easily sold. Neither of those are a good fit. My customers are solutions-based.

Loyal

As a Loyal buyer, you're most comfortable with your name brands and services; they are tried and tested and you like that. For home improvements if you have no previous preference, then how as a historically Loyal buyer, will you choose a contractor? You may want to go with the fanciest, shiniest website and reviews thinking its like your name brands. If it's all the same, give me a call to see how I can offer you services, as most of my jobs are return customers=Loyal.

Wandering

You might just be curious about what you want, or curious about ideas, and curious about costs and processes, but not really sure if you want or need to do any of it, but you're still curious. If that's you, maybe a good fit would be my specific Consulting service, where I can answer all those curiosities and help you be more directed. Impulse

You might be an impulse buyer and not even know it, but if you do know it, then you're probably going to be sold by a slick seller. They can read those signs and entrap you easily. If you are an impulse buyer we're probably not a good fit because my process is listening, helping, problem solving and thoroughness, not impulse selling.

Need-Based

If your proposed work is need-based, we are probably a good fit because It's in my nature to be a problem solver. Depending on the scale of your work, I can offer solutions. If the scale is medium to large, I can offer my consulting service to help you go in the right direction with less mistakes, or I can tackle the project directly. Either way, probably a good fit!

Want-Based

If your work is want-based then you're probably not in a hurry in which case shopping around is a good thing. We're probably a good fit because I can provide you with possibly the most comprehensive proposal you would receive. Or, I can offer my specific consulting service to assist you level the playing field and guide you towards your wants with a clear recipe as you seek contractors.

Tire Kicker

A "Tire Kicker" is the old saying about potential car buyers who never commit to a purchase. They express and interest with no intention of buying or committing and they raise objections and ignore important information about the service/product. If you think that's you, please don't call because my time is too valuable and is better suited for serious needs.

Solutions-Based

Whether your project is a run-of-the-mill project or specifically challenging and you're someone who prefers solutions over sales pitches, we are a good fit. It's in my nature to be a problem solver, so if it's a run-of-the-mill project I still solve all the problems that arise and if it's a challenging project, even more so.

No Idea

If you have no idea how to go about your process and kick it off, or no idea what you are sure you want with details, or no idea what to expect for pricing or what kind of contractors or salespeople will show up and all these things you're unsure about, my specific Consulting service would be a great fit as it outlines all these for you in a detailed "how to" report. Cost Naive

Perhaps you know exactly what you want and have taken time to define your wants and needs but have never had home improvements performed and you're unaware of contractor costs and that's what's keeping you from proceeding. If that's the case, my specific Consulting service is a perfect fit because I will provide a "how to" report that outlines the potential cost ranges and How to find contractors fit for you. Want it Now

You know what you want already and you want it now! Be careful then, because a slick salesman will entrap you in a heartbeat and you could end up overpaying and have a chaotic contractor. We could be a good fit because my services are just as expeditious as others but I ensure thoroughness from inception through completion as a fair rate.

Relationship

Relationships with a contractor are important because you're entrusting so much of what's most important to you, to them. But be wary of slick salespeople who are nothing more than actors, trained to captivate you toward happy-go-lucky Golden promise relationships. Many times those are facades disguising bad or fake contractors. We might be a good fit because I am likeable, but I'm a no BS guy. If you're looking for a no BS, no acting guy, we're probably a good fit.
